Our Alumni Appreciation fall event this year will coincide with the annual Theta Xi black light party. Please join us at the house on Saturday, November 4th from 2 till 6 p.m. for a cookout, fun times, and a little flourescent painting. The actives have set aside one wall for the alumni and their families to decorate for the annual black light party scheduled for that evening. There are ten cans of Pledge on the 64 commons fireplace mantel - this is a great opportunity for all of you to meet the new associate members, see the house, and tell your best ?Back when I was in the house stories.?

Bring your whole family or just drop by for a few hours. We will be grilling hamburgers, hotdogs, and sausages. Let?s show the actives the proper way to decorate the house for the black light party. What was the best decoration from when you were in the house? Come tell us! According to the collective memory of your board of directors, the black light party has been an annual tradition for at least 40 years. Does anyone know when this started?
